UConn now oversees State of Connecticut’s exchange program with Baden-Württemberg Germany

The University of Connecticut is pleased to announce that the administration of the State of Connecticut’s exchange program with Baden-Württemberg Germany has shifted from Connecticut’s Office of Higher Education in Hartford to the University’s Education Abroad office within UConn Global Affairs. The program is and will remain a state-wide exchange.

Along with the transfer of the program administration, UConn welcomes Ina Marshall to Storrs. Many know Ina as the Baden-Württemberg exchange coordinator at the Office of Higher Education in Hartford. Ina will remain the primary contact for the exchange, and is working diligently with the rest of the Education Abroad team to make this a seamless transition. Information about the exchange program is now available here. Moving forward the main email for the program will be germany@uconn.edu and the germany@ctohe.org email will be disabled the coming months.

The University and Connecticut’s Office of Higher Education would also like to acknowledge and thank Renate Seitz for her contributions to make this program the success it is today. Renate announced her plans of retirement last month, after 20+ years of service to the state and this program. Thank you Renate, for your hard work and perseverance.
