Summer Mediterranean Diet & Tuscan Cuisine in Florence Program Information Session
Learn about this 6-week summer program from faculty leader, Professor Jillian Wanik. While in Florence, students will use their own senses to identify the differences between the foods of Italy and those in the United States. Students will be totally immersed in the Italian food culture, shopping at local markets, eating in local restaurants and experience Italian cuisine firsthand.
