The University of Connecticut attended the 2nd European Forum on “Resilient Future for Maritime Innovation Ecosystems” in Rijeka, Croatia. President Radenka Maric’s plenary presentation on green energies and sustainable development highlighted UConn’s commitment to advancing clean technologies, reducing carbonation, addressing global climate challenges, and emphasizing technology that relies on hydrogen as a clean energy source. The event provided a valuable opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions about the future of maritime cities and regions.
